Description: Recently, GLP-1 analogs have become increasingly popular and pivotal in regulating systemic homeostasis. Certain GLP-1 analogs have low oral availability and are administered via subcutaneous injection in a frequent dosing regimen, causing treatment challenges. Challenges such as low bioavailability and limited sample availability can impact the quantitative performance of assays during the development of alternative formulations. Here, a method for quantitation of liraglutide and semaglutide in plasma will be presented.
Learning Objectives:
Hear about best practices to achieve low-level quantitation of GLP-1 analogs in biological matrices
Learn about the quantitative performance of the methodology across a wide dynamic range
Discover how a single platform can be used to streamline data acquisition, monitoring and processing for quantitative workflows
