Arkadeep's scientific journey began with his graduate work in pancreatic cancer metastasis at Michigan State University. Over the years, he has accumulated around 10 years of experience in drug development, working across different sectors, including large/mid-size pharmaceutical companies,
startups, and Contract Research Organizations (CROs). His expertise lies in supporting various aspects of bioanalysis for biologics, covering a range of therapies such as monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), bispecifics, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), bispecific T-cell engagers (BiTEs), and oligonucleotide-
based therapies. Currently, he is the Associate Director of Bioanalytical Sciences at Upstream Bio, where he oversees PK, ADA, and NAb analysis, and the generation of critical reagents to support these assays.
