Gregor Lotz, PhD, is Principal Scientist and Project Representative Leader in the chapter “Bioanalytics and Biomarker (BioAM)” at Roche Pharma Research and Early Development (pRED), Roche Innovation Center Munich (Germany). He joined Roche Pharma 2013, coming from Novartis. Since then he worked in Pharmaceutical Sciences. In his current position, his focus is on large molecule bioanalysis, biomarker and immunogenicity testing. Gregor is responsible for the provision of bioanalytical testing strategies and has been involved in several projects of cancer immune-therapeutic proteins and antibodies from preclinical up to in-market stages. Gregor is a biologist and received his PhD from the Tübingen University in Germany. He was a postdoctoral fellow working on neurodegenerative diseases at the Gladstone Research Institute/UCSF in San Francisco. From 2019 to 2023 he was board member at the European-Immunogenicity-Platform (EIP). He has authored/co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications.
