I am protein structural biochemist and proud protein NMR person. My background was in chemistry as major and later I joined molecular biology research lab that help me in building my skills as biochemist including plasmid cloning, bacterial expression, purification and labelling of proteins, peptide synthesis, and so on, thus I have strengths to unite chemistry with biology to explore Bio-systems. My another strength include investigating proteins dynamics or conformational exchange using 15N relaxation techniques and protein structural characterization using NMR. Currently, I am exploring the dynamics of monoclonal antibodies using solution state Nuclear Magnetic Resonance using NISTmAb (Reference antibody).
I have attached my publication records for details. I am very happy to collaborate to investigate different bio-systems especially monoclonal antibodies studies. Please feel free to contact me via email (akaur129@umd.edu, anupreetkaur1991@gmail.com).
