With the surge of lipid-based nanoparticles being developed, the influence of lipid chemistry and formulation on the delivery of the cargos is crucial to consider. The talk will describe the influences of different lipid chemical structures and surface modification of lipid nanoparticle on endosomal escape, gene silencing, distribution and cytosolic delivery, and introduce a novel lipid system for safe and efficacious delivery of novel therapeutics and new modalities.
