We present results from a recent validation of two IP panels on the Cytek Aurora in PBMCs. We analyze the impact of different fixation buffers on the efficacy of reference controls over time. We explore the longevity of reference controls over time to help improve workflow standards and improve process efficiencies in the context of ever-increasing complexity.
Learning Objectives:
Describe the impact of different fixation buffers on the effectiveness of reference controls in the context of processed stability workflows.
Understand the contsraints around using reference controls over the long term.
Identify new parameters to test for to help build best practices for single stain controls.
