48-year-old female presented with blurring in both eyes. CE-MRI showed pituitary macroadenoma (size 38 x 25 x 29 mm). The patient underwent [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-mDesmo (124 MBq) brain PET/CT after 35 minutes of intravenous administration. CT (A) and fused PET/CT (B) images localized the tracer uptake on the pituitary with SUVmax 3.3 (Background SUVmax 0.35).
